1. Budget & Location
My budget is around $850 USD, I live currently in the United States. I already have a case, Phantom 530. and what im looking at so far. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7hXLnQ

2. Aim
My aim is to build a really strong gaming pc and the games I play generally are, League of Legends, CS:GO, Battlefield 4 & hardline, GTA 5(when it releases),want to be able to stream, play new games and such.

3. Monitors
currently have 2 monitors using DVI, want to upgrade to HDMI ones these do not affect the original $850 budget as thats for just the PC

4. Peripherals
I do not need any of these, have Logitech G502 and a Razer Blackwidow stealth and Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 Ultimate.

5. Why are you upgrading?
My current rig is out of date and I haven't had the money to really upgrade and instead of upgrading one by one, I want to just build a new computer because it is fun and entertaining, I am a big noob with computers but i have general knowledge and such, this will be my first computer I will be building solo, wish me luck

I'm sorry but, is there something about the Xeon that I don't know about? It runs more than a 4670k which doesn't make sense since it could handle what he request?

Also OP wants to steam , the xeon is an amazing cpu for streaming because of the 8 threads it has.
