It's been said before, but Steam support is abysmal. Three days ago I was able to get into Steam no problem. The following day I tried to get in, it said I was offline and required my password. I hadn't been required to do this in a while so I kinda forgot my password. I go to the options and click that I forgot my password but remembered my username. Then they said they were going to send me a verification code. Cool. It still hasn't arrived. These emails are almost always immediate or within a few minutes. It's been two days. I can't ask for help on the steam forums because it won't let me log in and I can't call Steam because they don't seem to have a number. Why do they not have something that is pretty much standard for most companies? Hell, I've gotten infinitely better customer service from EA for Origin. Is there a way around this? I wanted to pick up Transistor on sale but it'll probably be done by the time this has been resolved.

Do you use hotmail/outlook? I switched my email to Gmail because it took days to arrive sometimes. Even the simplest login codes.
