GPU usage only at 97% max

I ran both Valley and Heaven and neither of them was able to reach 99-100%. GPU is a Zotac GTX 970. Should I be worried or is this fine?

It's pretty rare for a GPU to be at 100%. If you run a synthetic benchmark, it will run at 100%, but things like Valley are designed to simulate real world performance, so they don't completely rag the card.
