Looking at Gaming PC that will also do some small amounts of solidworks and inventor 3d software

 

1. budget is around 1500$ CAN

 

2. mostly gaming but some 3d engineering and design software 

 

3. Will only run 1 monitor.

 

4.Need to purchase a keyboard but not a mouse

 

5.Have a gaming laptop with i7 4700mq but only a gt755m GPU

With NCIX you should be able to price match this down to under CA$1,470. If a monitor has to fit in the budget, the cpu will have to be dropped down to something like the i5-4590. Very good for gaming, not as good as the Xeon for 3D work.
