My CPU is an AMD Athlon II X4 750K. I can't see core temperatures, and from what I found out, it's because it's an unlocked CPU. It's also suggested that in cases like this the CPUTIN sensor reading is the one to keep an eye on. My motherboard is an Asus F2A85-M PRO.

ASUS AI Suit II shows CPU temps of 36C on idle and 56C under load.

OCCT shows, for the CPUTIN sensor, 37C on idle and 59C under load. Occasionally, under load, just for a split second, it jump up to 120C but immediately jumps back down to 59C. Is this normal?

Core Temp shows 5C at idle and 38C under load, which got me a little confused....

In HWMonitor the CPUTIN sensor reading is the same as in OCCT. But there is something called TMPIN3 which is 96C constantly. What is this, and why is it so hot? Or is it a false reading?
In HWMonitor under CPU Temperatures I can only see Package, and no Core temperatures. Package shows 54C on idle, and 92C under load. I also checked Package in OCCT, and it was 55C on idle and jumped up to 125C under load. Is this a correct reading?
I put my hand on top of my heatsink, when under load, and it was warm but it wasn't cooking. I also put my hant on the side of my heatsink, it has getting hot going from top to bottom, and it was hot at the bottom, but you could still keep your hand on it.

Any suggestions?

Probably it is fine, those temp readings are strange, rely on the HWmonitor CPU tin, and look the webz for the normal temp for that reading.

Asus AI Suite II is terrible for monitoring temperatures, as it often says than my motherboard is at -125C. HWmonitor gives a accurate reading with nearly no problems.
