Hey everyone! long time reader of these forums, but never had a real reason to post anything lol

I've already spoken to EVGA about it and I am in the middle of the RMA process, but I just want to hear what you guys think.

I recently upgraded from a 270x to a 280x (not that big of an upgrade, but every little bit counts).
I noticed that my PSU whines when I'm gaming, but dead silent when I'm just surfing the net or nothing too processor intensive.

Well just to test it, I fired up the Intel Burn in test at maximum settings. No Whine at all.
but when I fire a game up again, audible whine.

My question: Why would I hear the while while gaming, but not during an intense CPU burn in test? This entire system at 90% load, according to the Outervision PSU calculator, is right around ~430-450 Watts. so my 750 watt unit should have no issue with it.

thanks a lot for the help everyone!

*EDIT*

Would also like to add that it whines with anything to do with graphics, I can run my CPU at 100% all day long and it wont make a sound.
