I wouldn't suggest the FX 8350 due to pretty much any locked Haswell/Ivy Bridge i5's obvious advantage in gaming, but as a system it will do fine.

My budget is around $800 guys.

No point in getting a 60GB SSD, 120GB ones are only about $15 more. I also think a locked i5 and inexpensive board would be better, there's no way that you're going to be able to overclock and 8xxx chip on the one you selected without blowing it up.

The cooler is not entirely necessary, and the motherboard can be scaled back. The SSD isn't too great either, and 60GB drives tend to be an underwhelming value.

that motherboard has no VRM cooling and the cpu will throtle . 

 

anyway its not worth it. go intel,drop the aftermarket cooler and get 120gb ssd

get an 8320 (or 8320e) they're all the same, dont get an asrock board they suck try an msi 970 gaming, dont get a 60gb ssd, anything below 240gb has terrible £/gb and slower performance, amd is great for gaming and content creation, editing, transcoding etc but intel users spend allot of time on forums while amd guys spend allot of time gaming it seems  (cant really talk i have one).

edit- 4x the ssd space and more performance (And motherboard options such as crossfire/sli, really good overclocking, 6x sata6gb/s ports, decent onboard audio etc) for an extra $55...

its usually worth spending a little bit extra (a few bucks) instead of trying to fit every dime inside a budget because chances are you're going to cheap out on one thing (cheap out as opposed to just buying cheaper) on something that can actually cost you more later, for instance that 60gb ssd will be full the second you install windows and 1 AAA title or 4 smaller games and you'd only end up buying another later and it would end up costing you more than $55.

if you can wait a little bit longer it'll be worth it, i can vouch for the cpu, cooler, board PSU and to an extent the ssd (have a M500 not a bx100).

ive since edit'd it with a 2tb hard drive so now its $75 over budget...but you wont have to worry about storage for so long by the time its a problem that extra $20 will be nothing to double your hard drive.

There's something everyone in this thread is overlooking it seems...

Kingston SSD? Just get a crucial for a few bucks more which has much better speed and reliability (according to a lot of people on this forum and SSD boss (for whatever that's worth)).

 

Also, stock Intel cooler works great for a locked CPU.
