so if i get a 4790k and a gtx 960 will i handle csgo, far cry 4, gtav, and minecraft at 1080p 60 fps on 1 montior and i have a second one for other stuff?

No GTX 970. NOT a GTX 960.

I can say a 970 can. But GTA V is not out yet. (So I don't know about that)

ok so a 4690k will edit video and stream no problems at all

i would go with a locked xeon, since it costs the same as the 4690k but since it has hyperthreading it peoforms better in streaming and rendering videos
