ESO or GPU issue

Here are the specs of this persons PC.

 

Intel G3220

2x4GB DDR3 Memory

Kingston V300 60GB SSD

WD 500GB HDD

GTX 750 1GB GDDR5 from EVGA

EVGA 500W 80+ Certified PSU

Windows 7 Ulimate 64 Bit

 

When playing ESO I seem to get pixelation.  However, running 3DMark 13, Valley/Heaven Benchmark I cannot replicate this issue.  He only plays ESO, and the good news is I just ordered an R9-290 and I5-4460 for him but curious if this is a game issue.

Artifacting, Or corruption.
Redownload the game, If that doesnt work the GPU is most likely the problem.

Redownload the game, If that doesnt work the GPU is most likely the problem.

I think that I'll try that.  The card is running benchmarks no issue.
