I wasn't too fond of Dragon Age Inquisition, but far cry 4 and shadow of mordor were decent

well, i got FC4 for free and i dont even play it. all three games are AAA titles with great graphics. depends what you're into. DA:inquisition is an RPG, FC4 is a FPS in a wild environement, and SoM is another kind of RPG. i would get all three if i could. but only one, would be Shadow of Mordor.

what are the best PC games of 2014

I have only played Shadow of Mordor out of those games you mentioned, and it was actually one of my best single player games i played last year, also it is good performance wise, or at least it was for me and i am on a pretty cheap gaming rig.

 

Lets be honest though there were not many games to shout about in 2014, and most of the good ones had issues.

 

Shadow of mordor was only game i enjoyed really enough to actually play it a lot, that and dark souls 2. 

 

Bit biased though considering i have not really played a hell of a lot of games in 2014.
