So I'm building a medium-budget PC for a mate and was wondering if anyone had any input on a graphics card and power supply that would suit this build. Any changes to the build are also welcome:

Get a WD Blue, I would recommend an R9 280 at that budget though I don't know if they're selling for 140/200 bucks where you are.
