Very nice build.  I can't see anything wrong with that one.  Just curious, how did you get the case, PSU, and monitor for nothing?  Did you already own them?

Whoops. I was setting the prices to zero after I bought them so it was easier to see much how much I had left to buy.

You won't be able to upgrade to SLI 770's with that PSU, but otherwise it's a great build.

I thought about SLI, but I figured if I save a couple hundred bucks or so I could just step up to the 780, instead of having to buy two new parts.

Stuck with your red/black theme. With your psu, you could go with a motherboard without sli capabilities.

Quick explanation why I changed a few things:

-You're using a h100i. You'll encounter overclocking problems with your chip before the mobo.

-Got cheaper ram. Ram is ram. Same specs = same performance.

-The 840 Pro is marginally faster than the 840 non-pro. It's not worth the price bump.

-The Msi 770 has a better cooler and fits your theme.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

I also would go with a MSI G45 Gaming.
