What's your budget?

A few thoughts:

You can get a cheaper mobo/cpu. The 8320 is a good alternative since an 8350 is basically a higher binned 8320.

The psu is overkill. A good 600-650w is plenty for a 760 sli.

Guessing your budget, it seems you could probably get a 770 in your build or at least include an ssd.

budget is 750-850 bucks

Where do you live? Prices vary greatly depending on the country.

And yes, given your budget and config, PSU is a definite overkill and you should really try to fit an SSD in there, as it will vastly improve your overall system performance. Your system could have an fx-6100 and, as long as it has an SSD, it will still be orders of magnitude faster in everyday use than a 8350 without an SSD.

The 8350 is basically a higher binned 8320. You can save some money here.
