Ok I've been playing CS GO for a while and it keeps crashing  my whole PC, I think its overheating my CPU. I use the stock cooler and I don't overclock but this is the only game that does it. When it crashes it freezes my screen and make a buzzing sound. I don't have the cash for a Cooler right now and would like to play CS GO again. (I think its a CPU problem, after I crash I get this giant fan and cool my CPU with that and my game doesn't crash)

Your temps are pretty high but its not so high to the point where it could cause crashing...  Maybe try reseating your cooler.

86C is coming close to the limit isn't it ?

U must have done something wrong. Maybe the cooler isn't properly attached to the motherboard (all the way down making contact with CPU).

Was there thermal paste preaplied on the cooler or have u put some more than neccesarry on the CPU ?

Stock cooler is more than enough to keep i5 cool under stress.

Is the CPU cooler spinning ? Have u connected it into the right pins ?

If none of the above then: buy isoprophyl alcohol (anything over 90% is good) and clean it (watch YouTube for tutorial) and apply new thermal paste (any arctic formula is good). This would cost u up to $10 and new cooler would cost u $30 max (hyper evo 212).
