This is going to be my first personal build, however I have worked on many of my friends gaming rigs. I haven't ordered parts yet, as I wanted to pass the project through the community and ask for suggestions. I want to keep the build under $1500(US). Please make suggestions and give me better ideas.

CPU: Intel i5 4670K (Planning to overclock)

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z87

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 760 w/ windforce cooler

Memory: 8gb Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR 1600

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i (Push/Pull)

SSD: 120gb Samsung 840 Pro Series

HDD: 1tb WD black

PSU: Corsair HX 750

Case: Fractal Design R4

Again Please recommend other things within budget. I am really not sure about what case I am going to use so please give ideas.  I live in New England, so the temp varies a lot, especially in the summer. I also live in an older house so dust is a thing to worry about. :)

Get the 840 Pro version. Get a 4670k? Get a PSU? I recommend The Seasonic G 650 for you.

Looks good though it can be a tiny bit better! Go with 840 pro. And if you can, go haswell too.

For A PSU i was looking at a HX 750? And it is the pro Series. I was thinking about haswell but i didn't know if the H100i was compatible with the socket 1150?

Seriously 840 pro you guys got to be kidding me it is just money in the trash, no noticeable load time impovements. it is if you transfer data from it all the time. For gamers and home users the pro is just for bragging rights

Going Haswell. Is it worth it to go Vengeance Pro vs. the regular?

Ram is ram. Performance will be the same if the specs are the same.

It is sli ready.

Since you're in England, shouldn't your currency be in pounds and not dollars?
