hi guys im looking bulid new budget pc but i worry about how i play upcoming game like BAtman arkham knight ......is tht lag much at 60 fps.....is tht console is best way to hv.......which is good

On a more serious note, your requirements don't really fit with your budget. This is the best thing I could come up with, but it is far from good. The case is ugly, the hdd is too small, the single thread performance isn't very great. You will also need to reduce details in upcoming games to reach 60fps.
