So I came to live to the U.S for a year and now I might be going back to my home country of Colombia. While I was living here I bought and built myself a brand new computer - a NZXT H440.

My question is the following, I’m afraid of shipping it because it might damage in the process of it.

I’m afraid of checking it in to the airline because I know them and they don’t take care of your luggage.

Is there any way I can fit my computer into a carry on?

- I was considering perhaps putting straps on it and carrying it on my shoulder like if it where already a bag but; do you think the airline would accept that?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

I suspect you have all the original packaging, perhaps take it all apart and put it back in the boxes then ship it to Colombia either piece by piece or in a large box containing all the parts or a combination of both.

You could also securely pack your computer back into the case box inside another box with static free bubble wrap or packing peanuts/cushions.
