Computer wont turn on

My dads computer wont turn on, you press the power button and nothing happens. Theres a light on the mobo so there is power going to it but i dont know whats up.

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Im not sure with the specs sorry... i know it has a i7 2xxx and a radeon 6 something i think 6770. 16GB of ram and 600W Thermal Take PSU. i will try taking out the ram

Take out your RAM and test the stick(s) in each slot. Another thing you can try is resetting the CMOS chip used to store BIOS settings.

Trying to get my dad to take the RAM out but cause its not working hes being very protective off it and not doing any thing i say xD will update when i have more news
