My opinion:

It's £1219 which is over by £200 but this is including windows 8 which if you already have you can knock off £75 and if you really don't want to spend any more than £1000, you can take away one of the GTX 970s and it will be in the mid 900s still including windows 8.

Do u need a monitor?

Here. It's 50 overbudget, but it includes a 1440p monitor. A very potent build, given the price. If you want, you can SLI later.
