East Midlands (UK) Starting up a Convention?

Hey Guys, I have a Small sized complex of buildings (can hold up to 250 people) that I am thinking of using to hold a local Tech Meet up kind of thing. Really anything you guys can think of using the space for.

 

Any interest or ideas welcome. Lets see what we can do.
