I refreshed my PC with new copy of windows 8.1 x64, and I did prime95 test on fresh OS install, like supposed to. I did not fail any test, but it did it like 'TEST 1' and then didn't write pass or fail, just skip on and write 'TEST 2'. It did the same test twice. What does that mean? Should I be worried?

Don't use Prime95 on Hasswell CPU's, as it can damage it.

Really? Thank's for your information, I'll never touch Prime95 again.

How come? And did it damage my CPU, or just bad stress test, nothing to worry me about?

It overvolts the CPU. However, this only occurs on Adaptive voltage. Override mode is not affected. That being said, I prefer Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. It plays nicely with all of Intel's chips(as expected because it's developed by Intel).

But still, the question stands. Is my CPU damage because prime95 do as I say in first topic? Test 1 and no pass or fail, just skips to test 2?

Your CPU most likely wasn't damaged if you only ran the test a few times.

Overvolting damages your CPU over a longer period of time, for example if you were to run your CPU and a core voltage of, lets say 1.35, it wouldn't last 15 or 20 years, but only 10 or 7.

But a core voltage, higher than 1.40, could kill the chip, or at least damage it on a shorter period of time if not immediately.
