that system looks pretty good except it's got a pretty crappy Video card. a R9 280 would be a much better bet at a reasonable price bump.

It's okay, don't expect to overclock a bunch with that setup though.  Do you live in the USA?

I'd go with this, it's 420 after MIR but it's 470 ish before so hopefully it'll be in your price range.

when you consider a $60 dollar more part for more performance, it's a big difference.

when you consider a $60 dollar more component for better performance, it's very much worth it.

 

I know it is a big difference but if i i thought like that i will end up "upgrading" everything in my build.

No offence but you have to get a much much much better motherboard to run the 8320. That motherboard is horrible. The 8320 is going to be throttled. You have to get a motherboard with a good vrm phase and vrm heatsinks. These are two things which the motherboard you linked, lack. Also by the time you get a better motherboard you could have gotten an i5 4440 and h81 motherboard for cheaper and much better performance, especially in gaming. Not to mention that in most games, even a core i3 4130 performs better than the 8320 while being cheaper,running cooler and using up less power.
