Pc wont shutdown completely

Greetings community of LTT , im having a slight problem with my pc which it wont shut down completely. Although the windows shuts down completely but all the fans including the case fan, gpu fan and even cpu fan are still on. To shut them down, i had to manually turn off the PSU. My pc specs are as below .

Motherboard - Gigabyte P67A-UD3B3
Ram - 2x4gb HyperX 1x8gb HyperX
GPU - Nvidia Geforce GT 440 4gb
Processor - Intel Core i5 2500
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (cracked)
Bios - Award Modular Bios v6.00PG
Hard Disc -500gb

                 -1T

                 -300gb
PSU - 550W
