WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Bsod!?

Yep.. Today (Friday the 13th  ) my computer started having random black screens and then restarting itself. Just now, I got a BSOD and got the error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Are these connected to the same issue, and what is that issue? What can I do to troubleshoot this? It's happening on my brand new computer..

Only time I've got that BSOD error was when I was overclocking.

Would scaling back my overclock help at all?

Probably, maybe increase the voltage? I'm not really an expert on overclocking though =p

It happened again, even after scaling back my oc and increasing voltage a small bit. Could this be a memory/psu issue? Also, it was a black screen and restart not a BSOD. The BSOD has only happened once meanwhile the black screen and restart combo has happened multiple times while playing games
