Go to solution Solved by Enderman,

Am I suppost to uninstall and reinstall, I have zero changes after disabling usb legacy??

you said the USB cable was already plugged in right?

Try a different USB port, and try older versions of the software

Ive just installed the corsair H100i Dual Radiator Extreme, I went to the corsair website and installed the latest version of corsair link

Im unable to see the pump in the program and or change the fan speeds, or leds......Yes I do have the usb link connected with the fans plugged into the water block....can anybody help me on this???
