How do I lower my VCore Voltage and  Core Speed (Ghz)

did you ever overclock your CPU?

If so, you can change the multiplier back to normal in the BIOS, just mash delete or f2 to get in the bios,

if you didnt overclock your CPU, I don't really know how to lower it..

I havent overclocked my PC, I want to lower it because my PSU is 600W and whenever I play games for like 10-20 minutes sometimes even less my PC freezes. I am saving up for the 750W gold PSU

You dont really need to lower the voltage and speed, because the freeze can come from your GPU, Or you don't have the right cooling for your CPU.

I have the

Cooler Master Seidon 120V Ver2

For cooling.

Okay that is great, perfect, no problem with that, it might be a problem with your GPU, The freezes cannot come from a watercooled CPU ;P

Okay, my GPU is the R9 270x Toxic editon, what do you think is the problem? my friend has the same but his proccessor is the FX-6300 so I am not sure.

I maybe even think there is a bottleneck in your system, but i dont really know how well the cpu preforms with your GPU so i need to look that up.

[EDIT] Try to switch to an Intel cpu, I know it will cost some money, but i will definitely make your pc a whole lot better. What kind of PSU has your Friend?

Okay, i really recommend switching to an Intel CPU, You will get away with a 600W PSU, dont save up for that 750W PSU, Try getting an Intel Core i5 4690 if you have the money

And I would have to get a new motherboard!

Calm the heck down, i was just joking, try to open your case rear panel for some air flow, maybe that will get stuff cooler in the case, i guess everything is overheating in that case

2 at the front and one at the back which is used as the radiator/fan for my watercooling if that makes sense

Yea it does make sense, Now try to game for more then 20 minutes, if you succeed, try to add more fans in your case because it might be a cooling problem

My case isnt really big enough for any other fans to be honest. I won't  be able to do that :(
