extreme overheating

my samsung galaxy s4 is reaching crazy 70c it becomes so hot i cant touch the screen near the processor and have to keep it aside for cooling

 

is this something to be worried about (after playing clash of clans)

im not exaggerating at all

 

i searched on google it says it has heating issue but not as bad as this 

 

what should i do(its already 2 years old so warranty is over )

yeah i would say its an issue... i would strip it down and add thermal compound to the processor

 when i had my s4 it got extremely hot like you are having here just an issue with the phone i think but check that an app is not hogging resources and aiding in the heat.
