What is the 750W psu ?

 

So you just need the CPU, Ram, Cooler, GPU and motherboard ?

 

Also what monitor do you have ?

I would suggest maybe some case fans just so it runs cooler

@OP Do you want LED Case Fans and a Fan Controller?

You mean the 980? You can, but I dont suggest it. Or to be more clear I dont think the 980 worth 220USD more compare to the 970. 970 is already one very good card so... yeah, just save your extra money for something else.
