Just got a new motherboard (Asrock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer) crashed on boot attempt with windows so i figured it needed a fresh install tried and its so damn slow stays at setup is starting for 5min+ then i finally get through that and and and doing anyhting in the hdd menu is about 2min of the spinning circle after that copying to windows stays at o% for a while then shoots to 100% everything runs fine after that until it has to restart then crashes with error code 0x000000e any ideas?

MBR is corrupted

 

unplug any disk drives or external devices from the PC esp portable HDD

how was the OS installed?

 

USB or DVD drive?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Got it to install on my Secondary HDD (Hitachi 750gb) but it still refuses to load windowson my main HDD (Western Digital 1tb) this seems to be a rare problem...

Wipe it entirely. Hook it up to SATA on a working Windows partition and wipe it completely via Disk Management.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
