Hey,

I have some serius trobles..My windows 7 didn't boot today and after a few hours I took the decition to reinstall it on my second harddrive so I then could pull the files from my other HDD with the original installation. But I can't open my Users folder..It won't open so I'm guessing its corupted or something. But maybe someone here knows why it wont work or a way to retrive the files, i would really like to be able to do that since its about a 100gb of files.

I have managed  to retrive some stuff from other locations but nothing from the Users folders. (where the most important files for me is)

Oh and the drive is about 5 years so could it have failed? Or maybe starting to?

Probably cause you have a security feature enabled, like bitlocker...  or just a regular password to log into your account will do it.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

I dont think so, like it asks for admin rights and I accept and type the password and it starts to "load" the map and then it stops at like 90& and sits there..
