Batch file for desktop profiles possible?

Wondering if it's possible to make a batch file or anything to just open and have it select monitor profiles for me. I don't want to run anything in the background to do this. But also hate turning off two monitors on another then putting it to duplicate so I can be in bed and control pc on TV. Then back to desk I have to disconnect tv enable the other two set them to extend etc. Just tedious.
