Referenced Memory Error?

Recently after playing DayZ Standalone, i recieved an Application error box from 

"RzStats.Manager.exe" saying 

"The instruction at 0x343a3633 referenced memory at 0x343a3633. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminated the program."

It also pops up here and there, usually when i try to shut down the system. I have also felt my computer start to slow down and I see the desktop icons pop in and out at times. Could this be an issue with my RAM and what can i do about it? 

 

I have a picture of the error message attached.
