What Raid config though?

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Hook them up to a different PC and A) Format them using Disk Management or B) Format them using Microsoft DiskPart (CMD-based)

That said B ) , But I'm gonna leave it

Hey there,

Formatting would simply require you to connect the drives to an already functioning computer (externally or internally) and going to disk management. You can play with them from there. If you have any important data, make sure to back it up first as formatting makes the data unreadable.

When installing Windows, the drive will be formatted anyway, so you can do that from there. You can just delete all volumes and format it from the installer. :)
