virus?

So restarted my PC and Kaspersky came up with some plausible viruses. the issue is they are all found on a G:/ drive, which, my computer dose not have. 

The only thing i can think of is this is a OLD find form when i was cleaning some ones hard drive, and since i did not clear the history they still appear. thus i only noticed as it showed a notification from pc restart.

Regardless just wondering what other people think. also ill add a screenshot in a spoiler to help keep from loading this image if they do not wish thus they may have slow internet.

Sounds to me it is like you said. you plugged an old or external drive in your system that took the drive letter G:\, and that one contains the virus.
