Artifacts on browser and decrease in performance-GTX 970

So I've made a thread about this problem before: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/311358-gpu-display-glitch/
Amazon sent me a new card last week and after 1 week of testing. The problem seems to happen again after the windows crash and said Kernel Mode Driver crashed. This is my rig spec:
