PC shuts down unexpectedly

Well this is my first build. I am using a Maximus VII Hero motherboard. Everytime I install a game and it is at 20-30% completion while I am browsing the net, the pc shuts off completely. It does not crash or freeze. My system is quite up to date. Is this any feature of the motherboard? If yes, how do I turn it off? Thanks in advance.

i would reseat your cooler and graphics card first.Are those idle temps?
