Random Freezing

Recently my computer has been freezing randomly with no blue screen. I have to reset my computer every time in order for me to be able to use it. I am not sure what is causing this  please help!

What software do you have running in the background? Does the same thing occur while running in Safe Mode?

It is most likely hardware issue - for RAM can you run memcheck and/or  reset to defaults in BIOS if you have overclocked anything?

Is it totally random while just sitting at desktop or random while doing things like playing games?

 

Installed any new hardware lately?

Installed any new drivers lately?

Any new software? Especially stuff that might be running in the background?

I've had this issue with a prebuild hp in the past, could be the same issue. Not sure how old your pc is, but if it's more than a few years, it could have blown/leaky caps. Replaced them and I was good to go. Most likely is this is the issue it would be around the RAM area.
