shroud kinda looks similar... although the color scheme is different and so is the shape of the shroud. 

 

but i see where you were going

For the pictures they remove the MSI stickers but you actually receive an MSI card, they do this with a few products.

I think they buy a whole load in bulk and sell under their own name to have competitive prices, they also do this with an XFX HD 5450 as well.

no they actually do build their own laptops and PC's they just sell (some) Graphics Cards under their own name.

But I think mainly they re-brand stuff that is not usually sold in the UK because you can't find that card anywhere on a UK based shop.
