Hello, first time posting here and I might be posting in the wrong thread already, if that's the case I'm sorry  :D !
So, I am about to buy a new MOBO, a CASE, a PSU and some STORAGE and I need your help choosing what's best for me.

Let me begin by saying that I am currently using an MSI H61M P21 with a Celeron G530. Moreover, my PSU is a no-name-500W-soon-to-die-PSU already counting 20K Hours with no warranties of any kind and not enough cables to feed both my HDD and my SSD (obviously I chose to feed my SSD) and my CASE is an also no-name deal which I had to mod in dangerous ways. Lastly, I already have a G1820 standing on my desk for like a week, I am using a Sapphire R7 260X and I'm running 8GBs Kingston Savage @1600MHz so I am not looking into upgrading those parts just yet.

Now I have already decided to go with the  Bitfenix Aegis for my case and with a 128GB Intenso SSD for my OS in raid 0 (I already have one of those running my OS and I am completely satisfied with its performance) and one 256GB Intenso SSD of the same kind for my rest storage. I don't want any HDDs because I am looking for a silent-PC solution.

Let's jump to the subject. I would like some help choosing a suitable MOBO and a PSU. I have made a list of some MOBOs that I think are great but I am not completely conviced on what chipset to go with. The thing is, since I'm buying a new MOBO I should buy a H97m or a Z97m so I can get a Broadwell CPU when they are available and with that a new GPU and some additinal RAM so the 9 series is a must but I am having a hard time choosing. If I had to put myself in a category I would say I'm an enthusiast but not an extreme one, so the looks are my main priority so here are some MOBOs I liked.

Asrock Z97m Killer (+Good looking, +Fairly priced), ASUS Z97M Maximus VII Gene(++Extremely good looking, -Expensive), ASUS Z97M-Plus (+Reliable, -Dunno if my red RAM matches), Gigabyte Z97MX Gaming 5 (+Good looking +Fairly priced), MSI Z97M Gaming (+++Extremely good looking +Fairly Priced), MSI Z97M G43 (+Most affodrable) And on the other hand there are the H97M models at a lower price.

Now, considering the PSU. I would really like some help. I have made some choices based on reviews I found laying on the internet.

Antec High Current Gamer 620WBe Quiet Pure Power L8 530WCoolerMaster G550MCorsair CS 550WEnermax Triathlor ECO 550W

So, that's it people. I'm done. I should mention that I'm looking for a silent solution and, please be mercyfull and enlighten me where you can! Thanks in advance!  :D  :D

I could barely find that Aegis case anywhere in the US (B&H Photo)! I Do like it however  :) .

I would recommend any Corsair PSU on that list.

RAID 0 ssd is not your best option. I would suggest a) getting SATA III (6 Gb/s) drives and get the largest one you can afford that is a reasonable brand. I suggest SATA III because while your current motherboard is only SATA II, any new board will have III and the performance difference with ssd is noticeable. If you have not seen http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-raid-benchmark,3485-13.html, you may want to read the article. It has some interesting data on ssd in RAID 0.

I am a fan of Asus motherboards. So I would likely pick the Z97M Plus, H97M-E, or H97M Plus.

Antec also has an HCG 520M. The HCG M models are built by Seasonic. Either would be my choice among those you listed. But the be Quiet! would likely be the quietest. Are XFX or Superflower psu available to you?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Thanks for the tip, really helpfull article. Seems like I'm reconsidering my storage options but an HDD is still out of the question. I'm using externals mainly anyway and i'm used to limited disk space so a 256 or even a 512 ssd since i'm not going for the raid format would be enough.

To be honest I was thinking to go either with the Antec HCG 520M or the Be Quiet 530 both priced at 80€ for me, that's about 90$. And yes, XFX and SuperFlower PSUs are available to me but I can only get the TS series which are not semi/fully modular and then there is the XTR series but this costs like 100€ and Superflowers are more expensive. So I think i'll be going for one of the two, Antec or Be Quiet.
