This. Where did you take it what did they "do" 

And by that, I mean, what did they fix or what was wrong?

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

List everything that is shown here, on your computer.

No idea what caused this pesky thing, basically all i did was clean off old thermal paste, clean extractor fan, new thermal paste on, dust-cleanup and re-assembly. It eventually fixed itself overtime, Its now back to its normal self.
