ok i just got this fan

i want to know should i push pull it with my Kraken X40 stock fan or this fan here

 or just leave the noctua in exhaust by it self

Push/Pull is preferred, and is what I would do.

Just make sure your push fan is at a higher CFM (or just RPM) than your pull fan.

So you have the stock Kraken fan right now? If so leave it at a constant RPM since it can and will push more air than the Noctua at higher RPMs. Now use it as an Exhuast (pull) and put the Noctua as push. Or just use the Noctua as a pull and get rid of the NZXT fan since it's pretty bad. 

Right now you could order another A14 and do push pull.

Just pull as running in push pull will only give you a 1 or 2 degree C improvement.

 

you should also be able to run them slower thus quieter also.
