Compatibility issues.

Hi! Here are the specs of my PC.

 

Intel core i7-4790

Asus z97-ar

Zotac GeForce GTX 960 2GB

Asus blu-ray writer.

16GB 1866MHz RAM

Corsair Hydro H60

Corsair RM650

Windows 8.1

 

I bought Pinnacle Studio 18 Ultimate, but for some reason I couldn't enter it after installing the program.

I later realized there was a problem with a bug in Windows that couldn't let get access to the PC anymore after restarting it. Do you guys think it's related to why I couldn't start the program earlier? Please help!

Not likely but it might be, put your computer back to an earlier restore point and see if that fixes it.
