How to wardrive

Go to solution Solved by Noober62,

I don't think you'll find that information here... it's illegal in a lot of jurisdictions.

Oh snap, Didn't know it was illegal. This post is now solved.

Anyone know how to drive around the city and get all open wifi access points?

Im planning to use my Iphone 2g as a wifi phone for fun.

It's not illegal everywhere... but there are lines. Active wardriving is definitely a nono though.

Yeah, there is nothing Illegal about war driving. WarDriving, by definition, is just finding wireless networks and mapping them. Not necessarily connecting or hacking into them. I guess this may have been what Prastupok meant by "active".
