Mic help

So my main usage for the mic's (mentioned later) is doing voiceovers, and maybe in the future, further audio needs for my DSLR. Which mic makes more sense

But for voiceovers the condenser, for dslr the second... choose what you want more. I'd recommend saving for a Blue for cardioid or Rode for shotgun...

This is something i need urgently for a project we're doing next week.  So if i use the condenser AGPtek one, can i also use that on my dslr, or is that just stupid?

You can't use either without an interface.

 

Edit: And you can't mount that to a camera without some serious hackjob, as most of those type mics need a +48 input.

The cable's a XLR to 1/4" jack, and it comes with an adapter to normal 3.5mm one that the t5i takes

But i can't use that on a pc right? Any other suggestions that work with both pc and dslr?

ALSO, i believe none of the mics need phantom power because they each need dedicated batteries.. or did i understand phantom power completely wrong

If it's a 3.5mm it can be taken on input... but I wonder if it receives power from the camera itself.

Probably not. I doubt the first mic is battery-powered... And in every proper mic I've ever used (a lot), it takes phantom power.

Just wondering, what is phantom power in this case? Is it USB? Because there is a XLR to USB cable for this mic as well, wondering if that will work

I don't use USB mics... but if the USB port is powered I suppose it could work.
