I mean like using the disk on a mac to make a flash drive for a diffrent pc

And you have to download the .iso so the sisk is ... useless

Ah, simple.

Download the iso. Make sure you have a flash drive (USB) of 4GB or more. Make sure to wipe it completely clean in the FAT32 format.

Extract the iso from your Downloads folder onto the flash drive. It's been a little over a year since I've used a Mac so this process is a bit vague for me, but you get the idea. Extracting the iso to the flash drive is the key here.

 

Once the hour-long or so process is done, plug the flash drive into the PC you want to install Windows on (make sure the PC if off), boot it up, go into the boot menu or make sure the first boot option in the BIOS is a removable drive, choose the flash drive (works for either choice I just mentioned) and the install should go. Will take 30 or more minutes.
