before i do that im going to call best buy

Is the HDD in, and working normally (or SSD)

Try manually selecting the HDD to override the default boot options, and see if that works. If not, then I'm guessing there's either something wrong with the OS that's installed on it, or that there is no OS installed on it at all (which would be really strange). Are there any strange noises coming from the hard drive?

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

i tried manually selecting the hdd. my sister just decided to Rma it
