Just an Intel option.  Adding another 4GB of RAM is easy.  I will try to find out what PSU Coolermaster uses.  I think is some Elite-line 75% efficiency... double checking...

All I have that will still work is a disk drive and a 160gb hard drive

 

Well, at this budget, it really helps.  It gets your system running.  You will have to manage that 160GB until you can save up for a bigger HDD or a 240GB+ SSD.
