With a inspiron 660 and a new GTX 750 TI(EVGN SC), should I get a 430W, or a 500W, PSU?

430W will be more than enough. Just be sure to get one from a high-quality manufacturer.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

I'd recommend the corsair CX430M...
