Either go with a 4690K or a H97 board. Z97 is useless without a K series chip. Go with the Define R4. That's a great PSU. And HDD/SSD? Also, I personally am not a huge Asrock fan as I've heard bad things about them. As well as good, but more bad.

The K stands for overcloackable so yea if you want to overcloack you should get it ^^
