Second HDD not showing up

Nvm it's working now, my pc just randomly restarted and bam, it's registering now.

So just recently I reistalled windows.  I unplugged my second hard drive when I did so.  I just got everything set up (drivers and all) and turned off the computer.  While the computer was off, I unplugged it, plugged my second HDD back in, re-plugged the computer, and booted it up.  I go into my computer and don't see D:, so naturally I go to disk management to initialize it.  However, it is not there.  Before I reinstalled windows I formatted it using right click and format, but I don't see how that would affect it showing up or not.  Please help!  Thanks in advance :D

U checked your BIOS to see if it is there, and if it is is part of "boot sequence/boot priorities"?

U checked your BIOS to see if it is there, and if it is is part of "boot sequence/boot priorities"?

You need to make sure its formatted correctly as sometime windows wont accept an improperly formatted drive. And you may find that formatting it killed the drive! It does happen very rarely! I have had this happen = sad times  :(  :(  :(

If you're in windows, hit WinKey + X, select disk management, and then partition it if not done, otherwise, doublecheck the power and data cables!

create new partition

sure did, here are some lists of storage drives I found in the BIOS

I'm fairly sure it is recognizing the second one as in one of the lists there are two of the same drive but one different drive it appears

the drive isnt showing up at all, only my C: drive is present

I don't think it's dead as it was showing up in the screen for which drive to install windows to even after I formatted
